We’re Matthew and Kirsty, a husband-and-wife team based in the North East, with a passion for beekeeping, nature and the outdoors.
Golden Mill Honey is a place to share a little of what we get up to throughout the year — from looking after our bees and producing our own honey, to the products we make from the beeswax they provide.

Our Honey
For us, beekeeping is about much more than producing honey. We love being outdoors, looking after our bees and seeing how they fit into the natural world around us.
We take pride in producing honey from our own hives. We know exactly which hive each jar has come from and when in the season it was produced, giving every jar its own little story.
We also make use of the beeswax our bees provide to create our handmade products. Golden Mill Honey is a big part of what we enjoy doing together — from caring for the bees and producing our honey, to making our products and meeting people at local markets.
